If you are having issues accessing your course content and see the error message "lti.c4ecompanion.com sent an invalid response” or "members.c4edu.com sent an invalid response" this may be an internet service provider problem. To resolve this issue, we've provided some instructions on how to trigger an ISP browser warning and unblock your site access.
1. Go directly to this site: http://lti.c4ecompanion.com or https://members.c4edu.com
2. Once on this site, click the URL and then press Enter. You will need to do this until your ISP browser warning shows up.
3. After refreshing the page, an ISP browser warning will appear on screen. You will need to click the "Proceed Anyway" link or text that is similar.
4. After clicking the "Proceed Anyway" link, you should now be able to refresh the page to access the content. Please make sure you refresh your browser once you are back on your Canvas page.
